In future releases, additional capabilities like continuous innovation and voting will be added, so that you always have something new to do in Catalyst! ### Before Submission Prior to the proposal submission window, you’ll see a landing page when you visit the application. In the meantime, you can browse the rest of this knowledge base to get ready to participate.

### During Submission Once the proposal submission window opens, you’ll be able to create your account, browse & comment on proposals as a contributor, and create & submit proposals as a proposer.
