1. **Predefined Final Milestone**
Outputs, Acceptance Criteria and Evidence of milestone completion sections are predefined with information regarding requirement of Closeout report and video.
2. **SoM formatting**
FP can use nested lists in each part of Statement of Milestones submission in the Milestone Module.
3. **Sensitive information warning**
FP has to confirm that Proof of Achievement doesn't contain any sensitive information.
4. **Withdrawal of sign off will be visible**
If Catalyst sign off user has to withdraw sign off, the withdraw will be publicly logged.
5. **Adding/removal additional milestones**
If FP decides to add additional milestones to the project in the Module, then already submitted milestones will be archived even if signed off.
6. **Notification for Milestone Reviewers to not to approve PoA if previous one is not approved**
Milestone Reviewer will receive notification to not approve/refuse PoA if previous PoA has not been yet approved.
7. **Budget numbers**
Minimum and maximum budget numbers will be rounded to allow Funded Proposers fulfill requirements.
