Our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth experience during your verification process. Please may you kindly follow the instructions below carefully to successfully complete your KYC verification.Data

Applicant Data

  • Please accurately complete the fields which aligns with your government document

    • First Name

    • Middle Name (if you have one)

    • Last Name

    • Country

    • Date of Birth

Identity Document

  • This document must be a government issued document which can be any of the following:

    • Passport

    • Identity Card

    • Drivers Licenses

    • Residence Cards

  • The document you are providing MUST have:

    • Your full name.

    • Your country of residence.

    • Less than 3 months old.

    • All four corners of the document showing - NOT a scanned document.

    • Ensure the document is clear and legible, and your face is clearly visible.

Selfie

  • Please ensure the photo is a LIVE SELFIE in real time, otherwise this will be considered as invalid.

  • This must be a clear photo of your face.

Proof of Address

Must Have Details in Your PoA:

  • The document MUST contain your full name and home address, please DO NOT include PO Box address.

  • Proof of residency MUST be printed and photo taken of all pages. Every page MUST show all four corners of the document pages. Taking incomplete photos not showing corners is not acceptable.

  • Proof of residency MUST be less than 3 months old.

  • Proof of residency MUST come directly from the provider and MUST NOT be edited.

Common Proof of Residency Examples

  • Bank statement showing the date of issue and the name of the person (the document must be not older than 3 months);

  • Utility bill for gas, electricity, water, internet, etc. linked to the property (the document must not be older than 3 months);

  • Letter from a recognized public authority or public servant (any government-issued correspondence not older than 3 months);

  • Tax bill, valid for 1 year;

  • Mortgage statement;

  • Certificate of voter registration;

  • Correspondence with a government authority regarding the receipt of benefits such as a pension, unemployment benefits, housing benefits, etc.;

  • Cable bill (but not from satellite TV companies);

  • Landline telephone bill;

  • A lease agreement that is current and has the signatures of the landlord and the tenant;

  • Credit card statement issued by a bank;

  • Employer’s certificate for PoA;

Alternative Proof of Residency Examples

The following documents can also be accepted as valid PoA, but ONLY if they contain the full home address:

  • Passport

  • Identity card

  • Driving license

DISCLAIMER: The same document cannot be used to confirm both your identity and place of residence. So, if you submit an ID document as PoA, you should use another document to confirm your identity.

Unacceptable Proof of Address Examples

  • Old government-issued correspondence (older than 3 months);

  • Old bank statements (older than 3 months);

  • Old utility bill linked to the property (older than 3 months);

  • Pension statements;

  • Insurance policies;

  • Mobile phone bills;

  • Medical bills;

  • Receipts for purchases;

  • Insurance statements;

  • Documents stating PO Box addresses (except for some countries).

Verification Conditions

Please ensure you review our Terms and Conditions carefully. Any breach of the listed guidelines may result in us no longer proceeding with your verification and may exclude you from consideration for future Funds.

Important:

  • Do not open multiple accounts unless you qualify for two different applicant types and are applying for two separate Funds.

  • Do not edit any documents provided as part of the application process.
