FP can carry out the following actions:

• Submit new milestones

• Review Milestone Reviewer feedback

• Resubmit milestones to supersede existing milestone (if is not locked yet)

• Submit PoA

• Resubmit PoA to supersede existing PoA (if PoA is not locked yet)
