That have valid new registrations made since F10 and have rewards calculated to be more than 1 ada;
That re-registered in F11 and have rewards calculated to be more than 1 ada;
To have reward calculated to be more than 1 ada, registered wallet should hold ~1,860 ada at the snapshot time.
Voters who:
Have rewards calculated to be less than 1 ada;
Haven’t re-registered in F11 (no ada payment address in the registration transaction);
Will not receive their voter rewards at the present time but equally not lose their rewards either (there may be an expiration date introduced in the future for unclaimed rewards). Unpayable rewards will be rolled up between funds and distributed within the next Fund rewards disbursement (e.g. Fund13) as originally scheduled.
Community Reviewer rewards
Rewarding logic:
Minimum number of reviews for LV0 and LV1 to receive rewards: 10
Rewards for LV0: up to 25 ada per allocated review.
Rewards for LV1: 50 ada (fixed) per allocated review.
Rewards for LV2: up to 5 ada per check flag.
LV0/LV1 reviewers are excluded (and will not receive rewards) if their work doesn't meet an approval rate >= 70%. This applies with a minimum sample of 5 moderated reviews.
If you didn't receive a reward, it may be because of wrong or lack of ada wallet address in Ideascale profile, changed email, etc. We encourage you to reach out via catalyst@iohk.io to resolve and handle individually.
Milestone Reviewer rewards
SoM review: 250 ada
PoA review if project budget is <= 150,000 ada: 160 ada
PoA review if project budget is >= 150,000 ada: 180 ada
Rewards for SoM and PoA review:
Milestone Reviewers rewards will be distributed in the September primary distribution. Milestone Reviewers are compensated monthly in the primary distribution on the regular cadence as work is ongoing (not one time). Rewards are paid for signed-off SoM and PoA. If SoM/PoA is rejected and the Milestone Reviewer has to review it again, they will be paid only once for certain SoM or PoA.

What are the reasons for exclusion during the Moderation period?
All reviews the Community Reviewers provide will be subject to an automated review process using Catalyst Flags. Catalyst Flags* are pieces of code known as scripts that are run to analyze all reviews by the Community Reviewers. Catalyst scripts will raise flags in case of;
Similarity ~ reviews which are identical or almost identical to a previously submitted review
Profanity ~ reviews that contain profanities or abusive content or language
Use of AI ~ reviews that do not reflect the opinion of the Community Reviewer or which are provided by others or an AI-agent acting on their behalf.
After reading the review and flags, Community Moderators will submit their moderations, marking reviews they believe were legitimately flagged and providing a reason for removing the review. Eg. where the flag is raised because of potential ChatGPT AI involvement or plagiarism, the Moderator must judge whether they believe the review is not a reviewer's opinion. If the Moderator agrees with the flag, they mark it as REMOVE and give a rationale.
Reviewers may be automatically excluded from compensation if specific security concerns are identified, such as the probability of holding multiple accounts. Additionally, Reviewers acting not according to the Fund Rules and/or Terms and Conditions may also be excluded at any point in time.
How to appeal from disqualification?
Today, there are no available avenues for appeals yet. You may reach out directly to the moderators who have moderated your reviews to discuss the rationale behind it. You can find how to contact moderators in the aggregate file.
I have a 100% approval rating but it shows "Reviewer excluded for breach of engagement guidelines” - what does this mean?
It means that your account was flagged for unusual activity that does not confirm with the fund guidelines, therefore your rewards were excluded.

What should I do if I didn’t have a wallet address during the snapshot date?
You should go to your Ideascale profile, update your wallet address and wait for another snapshot to receive a reward in a future distribution cycle.
What should I do if I lose access to the wallet address after rewards are already distributed?
Once funds are distributed to the wallet address indicated on your profile, it is not possible to replace the wallet for another one. Any change of wallet addresses has to be promptly notified via catalyst@iohk.io email to allow proper processing time.
