# Policy on Suspension and Termination of Catalyst Grants

This policy provides guidance to projects teams funded by Project Catalyst (“**Grantees**”) on requesting a suspension or termination of their project and the conditions under which the Fund Operator may suspend or terminate project funding. This policy takes effect on <mark style="color:red;">May 1, 2024</mark> and applies to all active projects funded by Project Catalyst.
