Milestone Module chat

The Milestone Module chat function is a new feature for F11. It allows Funded Proposers and Milestone Reviewers to chat directly with each other to help resolve any issues that require dialogue. It was introduced to accelerate the process of resolving issues by allowing each party to communicate directly with the other in the Module in a fast and efficient way. Chats are public and visible to everyone.
