1. You will need to complete the onboarding form by noon UTC on 5 February 2026.

* The form will capture relevant details to help with your onboarding into the Catalyst post-vote steps so you can receive your funding. You're now part of the Catalyst Network - the name given for all the cohorts of projects, where all the funded proposals interact with each other.
* This onboarding form should be submitted using an email address that belongs to either the lead proposer or a co-proposer that is listed in your original proposal submitted on [app.projectcatalyst.io](https://app.projectcatalyst.io)

2. After the submission of the onboarding form you will receive an email with a link to reset the password and create a new one in the Milestone Module within 24 hours.
3. By 1 March 2026 noon UTC you should inform Catalyst Team if you would like to have additional milestones in the Milestone Module by submitting a ticket [here](https://catalystiog.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
4. You should submit your Statement of Milestones between 30 January 2026 and 1 March 2026 noon UTC.

* Each funded project must submit a Statement of Milestones before the project goes live and before first payment is received.
* Your Statement of Milestones will need to be submitted for review by no later than noon UTC on 1 March 2026.

\*The FP user account in the Milestone Module allowing FPs to submit their SoM is created once the FP has completed and submitted their onboarding form.

5. Attend one of the Catalyst Celebration Onboarding Meetings on 4 February 2026 (not mandatory, but recommended). You will get the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any outstanding doubts.

6. Once you submit your onboarding form, a formal due diligence request will follow to your email box to complete necessary steps.
7. Complete formal due diligence requirements by 20 November 2025 and confirm Test Transaction&#x20;

   by 1 March 2026.
