# Suspension and Termination of Catalyst Grants

This Guide aims to assist projects teams funded by Project Catalyst (“Grantees”) in their understanding of how to request a suspension or termination of their project and the conditions that may result in funding for their project being suspended or terminated by the Fund Operator. This policy becomes effective as of May 1 2024, and governs all live projects funded by Project Catalyst.
