# Catalyst Team Reviewer can assign reviewer

Catalyst Team Reviewers can assign Milestone Reviewers by filling reviewer allocations in the proposals listing page or on the project dashboard. 

The Catalyst Team Reviewer does this at the beginning of the onboarding stage.
