What do you need to do next?
You will need to complete the onboarding form by noon UTC on 19 February 2024.
The form will capture relevant details to help with your onboarding into the Catalyst post-vote steps so you can receive your funding. You're now part of the Catalyst Network - the name given for all the cohorts of projects, where all the funded proposals interact with each other.
Your information will be shared with the Proof of Life (PoL) Verifiers who will be participating in your onboarding. If you choose to opt out of this please email the Catalyst team with a detailed explanation of why you do not want your details shared with the PoL Verifiers. However it may make it difficult to onboard you so we encourage you to be open to contact and communicating with the PoL Verfiers representatives.
This onboarding form should be submitted using an email address that belongs to a proposer or co-proposer as listed in your Ideascale proposal. However you can specify another email address to be associated with the project in this form but the form itself must be submitted by a proposer or co-proposer email address.
After the submission of the onboarding form you will receive an email with a link to reset the password and create a new one in the Milestone Module within 24 hours
By 19 February 2024 at 23:59 UTC you should inform Catalyst Team via email if you would like to have additional milestones in the Milestone Module
You should submit your Statement of Milestones between 16 Feb 2024* and 23 Feb 2024
Each funded project must submit a Statement of Milestones before the project goes live and before first payment is received.
Your Statement of Milestones will need to be submitted for review by no later than 23 Feb 2024.
*The FP user account in the Milestone Module allowing FPs to submit their SoM is created once the FP has completed and submitted their onboarding form.
Attend one of the Catalyst Celebration Onboarding Meetings on 20 Feb 2024 (not mandatory, but recommended). You will get the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any outstanding doubts.

Proof of Life (PoL) - Confirming PoL is a required step before any funded project can be properly onboarded. A PoL verifier team will be assigned to your project and will arrange a meeting with you to confirm your PoL. You will be introduced to your PoL Verifiers group by the 19th of February 2024.
Gentle reminder; PoL is mandatory in order to set your project to LIVE
Schedule a short meeting. PoL Reviewers will be engaged over the course of your project, they’re an important part of the process.
Note: If you have already completed a PoL you do not need to complete again - you are automatically confirmed but the primary proposer as listed in Ideascale has to be the same.
Pol Verifiers will contact you with a schedule of available meeting slots for your PoL meeting which will take place between 20 February 2024 to 1 March 2024. There are multiple opportunities to meet to confirm PoL.
